Mr. Bennie W. Page passed away June 2, 2010 @ Tennessee Veteran's Home in Murfreesboro, Tn. Mr. Bennie's Funeral will be held June 5, 2010 @ Morris Cemetery in Greenfield, Tn. @ 1p.m. His visitation will be starting @ 11 a.m. @ Williams Funeral Home in Greenfield, Tn. on June 5, 2010. Mr. Bennie was born in Cooter, Mo. on October 29, 1920 . He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. Jefferson Green Page and Mrs. Eula Maude Page. and four sisters Dovey, Gladys, Rachel and Thelma. Mr. Bennie was a veteran of WWII and served in the European Theatre. Mr. Bennie was a salesman for General Electric and retired from R J Tobacco Company. After retirement he was very active in Scouting, Veteran Programs and Community Service. Mr. Bennie is survived by one son Mr. Gary Page and his wife Sue Page of Murfressboro, Tn. One grandson Mr. James Page of Durham N.C. One Daughter Mrs. Ruth Davidson of Georgia. Nieces are Mrs. Helen Medling of Greenfield, TN. Joyce Hendrix of Round Rock, TX. Audrey Schaffhauser of Grand Junction, Tn. A Nephew Gerald Emanuel of Memphis, Tn. In Lieu of Flowers all memorials may be sent to the Salvation Army of Murfreesboro, Tn.
