Betty Lou Teeter

Services for Betty Lou Teeter, age 87, of Dresden, TN will be held Friday January 26, 2024 at 1pm at Williams Funeral Home of Gleason. Burial will follow in Tumbling Creek Cemetery in Gleason, TN. Visitation will begin Friday morning at 11am and go until time of her funeral service. Mrs. Teeter is survived by her husband, Dempsey Teeter of Dresden, TN. She is also survived by two daughters, Leesa (Jerry) McKee of Idabel, OK and Reesa (Robert) Owen of Gleason, TN. Mrs. Teeter leaves behind two sisters, Linda Taylor of Myrtle Beach, SC and Cathy Kellett of Indiana. She also leaves behind six grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Mrs. Teeter was preceded in death by her parents, Otto Going and Hedy Reddick, son, Dempsey Teeter Jr., and four siblings, Anne Thompson, Peggy Landers, James Perry Going, and Otto Going Jr. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her honor to the American Heart Association.
