David Dean Verdell

Services for David Dean Verdell, age 63, of Gleason, TN will be held Wednesday March 18, 2026 at 1pm at Gleason First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Beech Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 4-7pm at Gleason First Baptist Church. It will resume Wednesday at 11am and go until time of his funeral service. Mr. Verdell is survived by his wife, Kim Verdell of Gleason, TN. He is also survived by two children, Justin (Elisha) Taylor of Benton, KY and Kayla (Will) Little of McKenzie, TN. He leaves behind his mother and sister, Jane Verdell and Dana Jowers, both of Gleason, TN. Mr. Verdell also leaves behind five grandchildren, Sophie, Taylor, Jude, Wylie, and Lilly. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Dean Verdell. In David's honor everyone who attends the service is encouraged to wear TN orange.
