Jeanette G. Robinson

Jeanette Gordon Robinson, age 87, of Sharon TN passed away on Wednesday February 8, 2023, at Jackson Madison General Hospital. Jeanette was born April 6, 1935, in Sharon TN to Eugene & Ruth Hornbeak Gordon. She married the love of her life, Bobby Robinson in April of 1955. They were married 62 years before his passing in 2017. They made their home in Sharon and together raised their four children. She is survived by her four children Katrina West, Brad (Stephanie) Robinson of Dresden, Bob(Betsy) Robinson, and Bryan (Janet) Robinson of Sharon, her six grandsons Jonathan (Janie)West, Justin (Katie) West, Nicholas (Brittany) Robinson, Patrick (Katie) Robinson, Hunter (Staci) Robinson, Alex (Jeni) Robinson as well as 14 great grandchildren Jacie, Jencee, Jett, Case, Cannon, Kyler West, Molly, Maggie, Harper, Hudson, Paisley, Maddie, Rowan, and Boyce Robinson. Also she is survived by her brothers Don (Patsy) Gordon, Phil (Janet) Gordon and sister in laws Sue Brewer and Faye Robinson, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and son in law (Chuck West). After graduating High School, Jeanette attended the Bruce Business Institute in Martin and was employed by Roy Biggs Attorney at Law. After she married she was a homemaker, member of her bridge club and a sales person for May Kay Cosmetics. Jeanette was a member of the Sharon Church of Christ. When Bobby retired they enjoyed traveling with family and friends in their Airstream trailer, going to flea markets. Most of all they loved being with their family, especially spending time with their grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday February 11, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Greenfield. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Sharon. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. at the funeral home and go until time of her service.
In lieu of flowers the family requested donations by given to the Woodlawn Cemetery Fund in
Sharon TN in care of 5155 US Hwy 45 Sharon TN 38255.
