Full military funeral honors for Mr. Jessie B. Moody age 77,of Gleason, will be held Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Williams Funeral Home of Gleason,with burial to follow in the Hopewell Cemetery.Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.Mr. Moody passed away Friday afternoon at the Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN.Mr. Moody is survived by two sons, Phillip Moody of Olmstead Falls, OH, and Mike Moody of Dresden, TN,one daughter,Linda(Sam) Wilson of Cordova, TN.He is also survived by two sisters and three Grandchildren.Mr. Moody retired after twenty years of service from the United States Army,where he recieved the Bronze Star,Purple Heart,and the Army Commendation medal.The family has asked that in lieu of flowers ,donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
