Keith D. Cook

Visitation for Keith D. Cook age 63 of Greenfield, TN, will be held Friday September 20, 2024 going from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Greenfield. Burial to follow in Highland Cemetery in Greenfield. Keith is survived by his wife Jean Cook of Greenfield, daughter Stephanie Baggett and husband James of Clarksville, and son Jason Fortner of Greenfield. He also leaves behind grandchildren Logan and Owen Baggett, sister Tammy Holt of Paris, and two brothers Kenny Cook of Trezevant, and Royce Cook and wife Penny of Dukedom; along with several nieces and nephews. Mr. Cook is preceded in death by his father Royce H. Cook and mother Mary Camper.
