Maggie Ruth Townsend

A memorial service for Maggie Ruth Townsend, age 86, of Gleason, TN will be held Sunday September 24, 2023 at 3 p.m. at the Gleason First United Methodist Church. Visitation will start at 2 p.m. and go until time of her memorial service. Mrs. Townsend is survived by her nephew and caregiver, Ralph Townsend of Gleason, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Townsend, son, Scott Townsend, parents, Oscar B. and Maggie Lois Johnson, and five siblings, Peggy Joy Johnson, Jean Johnson, Genevieve "Pete" Garner, Ronnie Lee Johnson, and Billy Joe Johnson.
