Shirley Ann Patrick age 77 of Greenfield, TN, passed away on January 20th, 2026. Shirley is survived by son Duane L. Patrick IV and wife Erica, and daughters Chablis DeSpain Emily Patrick, and Chardonnay Patrick. She also leaves behind five grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Duane L. Patrick III, father Ralph Garrett, and mother Gretchen Garrett. Mrs. Patrick will have a celebration of life at a later date.
