William White McDaniel

Graveside Service for William White (Mac) McDaniel age 89 of Oakland, TN, will be held Thursday December 21st at 1 p.m. at Highland Cemetery in Greenfield, TN. Visitation will begin Thursday morning at Williams Funeral Home and going from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. with graveside to follow. Mr. McDaniel was a dedicated veteran to his country. Mac was a member of the Scottish Rite Masons since he was 18 years old. He was an avid gardener, and dog lover, wood working and gun enthusiasts. Mr. McDaniel is survived by daughters Lisa McDaniel, Kimmie Barnhill, and Anita Busby, along with sisters Ruth Anne Johnson, Nancy Jo Dickey, June Chumbly, and Mary Beth Gay. He also leaves behind grandchildren Sarah Pittman, Leah Hayes, James Barnhill, William Hayes, Kevin Barnhill, Dalton Busby, Brittany Busby, Tyler Barnhill, and Amberly Barnhill, along with great grandchildren Jordan Ellis, Zoe Hayes, and Kennith Barnhill. Mr. McDaniel is preceded in death by his parents Joseph Franklin McDaniel and Bertie Estelle White, and brother Joseph McDaniel.
